WHY SHOULD GIRLS HAVE ALL THE FUN??

Hello Guys!
How have you all been?
This time is something new than before and it's about Men Make Up.
Yes "Men Make Up"

I find people saying that Men do not wear make up and this and that.. But guys let me tell you It is totally OK for boys to wear make up and I find it very creative and confident plus daring at the same time.

In our country Nepal, there may be approximately 8 out of 10 boys who do not wear make up and also they hate it. They have misconception that make up is not for boys and if they wear, that is full of hesitation in public.

Make up is not only for models in their profession but also it can be wore in their daily schedule, for work, while outing, attending any parties etc.
It is obvious boys should not have to wear all those make up like of girls such as lashes, liners, mascaras, lipstick etc but yeah concealing the flaws and shaping up those cheeks, highlighting some areas and some other things can be done. May be those steps I will mention in my next post.

As I already mentioned in one of my previous post, if you guys remember; Batman, Superman are still powerful without their costumes but it's their costume that tells the world that they are superheros. Similarly the make up that you are putting on will let the world know that how beautiful you are and how confident you are.

And you guys already know, I like to post my every content with pictures. Without picture it's incomplete I think. And since it's about men's make up obviously this time here's a male model flaunting make up done by me. and also a lovely lady is giving some poses with him who is my sister(Nana) and I am happy to introduce her in my blog.

BACK TO BASICS....AGAIN

Hey Guys :)
Again after a quite long, isn't it? I've missed you guys a lot especially your feedback which I get from each post :)

Today I am going to write about something basic again. Usually I face questions from my ladies about basics. Like they know about the procedures of applying make up but results are not perfect as they want because they don't have idea about basic but IMPORTANT tips. Today I am gonna share some of the tips which might help you for best result.

First Tip: The main thing is Moisturizer or base for make up. The best base you apply for make up, the best your make up will be. For that you need to moisturize your skin and apply a good base or primer as per your skin type. After then you may apply your foundation.

Second Tip: What most of the girl do is they rub their sponge or beauty blender while applying foundation to their face. I suggest, instead of rubbing you should dab and blend the product. That really helps you for that smooth and airbrush finish.

Third Tip: If you are applying some heavy eye shadow or glitters on your eyelids, then do your eyes first before you do your face. This way you will not have to manage all those fall outs on your face.

Fourth Tip: If you are doing your eyebrows, Start from the middle part and go to the back and again with the same brush come to the front part. This will help to bring softness on the front part rather than harsh lines which I see on most of the girl's eyebrows.

Fifth Tip: On your cheek, at first you do shading or contouring on hollows of your cheek, and then blush above it and above that your skin, and finally above it, on your cheekbone apply some highlight.

CONTOUR->BLUSH->SKIN->HIGHLIGHT

So these are some basic tips I wanted to share with you guys for having that pro like touch on your skin. Guys I also wanted to write about BAKING technique and its method of application but it will be a long post. So keeping it short and worthy I would like to stop now and will write about baking technique and few more things on next post. Till then, take care and stay beautiful.

Post without some pictures is boring right? So I would like to show you some of the glimpse of my shoot of weeks ago.

Shout out to Madhusudhan for his hard work. :)

Make It Up Not Fake It Up

Hi everyone!! How have you all been?? It's me Diksha for those who don't know me and who knows me already, Hey Guys I am back again with another topic and stuffs. Today is something new. Today I am gonna share some of my feelings and thoughts regarding my passion which is Make Up and Art.

Since I was a kid, I was very interested in Make Up. I used to put my mother's lipstick and used to feel so happy about that. I love make up so much. For me a face is like a blank canvas where I can draw something on. That interest on me was a drive to learn something. A drive which showed me, my career path and I became more confident of what I was doing.

I find some people saying that make up is all about faking up, layering up and covering naturalism. But I say it's all about enhancing your natural beauty which helps to build up your confidence. It's not about covering yourself it's about covering your flaws.

Haha.. Here's a nice one.. Batman, Superman are still powerful without their costumes but it's their costumes that tells the world that they are superheros. Similarly the make up that you are putting on will let the world know that how beautiful you are and how confident you are.

So Ladies, what you have to do is practice, practice and practice. I did and still I have been doing practices with make up. Here are some of my work which I have done few weeks ago, posting them online and sharing with you guys.

A simple everyday makeup routine

 A SIMPLE EVERYDAY MAKEUP ROUTINE

Hello everyone, This is Diksha and I created this blog to share my ideas and some of my works about makeup, beauty and fashion. Since this is my first post in this blog, I thought sharing some ideas of a simple everyday makeup routine for girls out there. Here we go...

1. Moisturizer : First thing first. Moisturizer is a must for skin. It helps to hydrate and keep that moisture in your face which helps to glow your skin and keep it radiant. Plus, it works as a primer(saves your money) :D

2. Foundation or B.B Cream : This is the second step where you should apply a good foundation which matches your skin tone or some of you may want to apply one step lighter or darker for those who loves a bit brighter look or a bit tan. Apply evenly with foundation brush or beauty blender/makeup sponge. I personally like beauty blender, sometimes makeup sponge works.

3.  Concealer : Concealers are typically used to make skin more uniform in color. It covers up the blemishes and dull spots on your face. It helps to make your face brighter and some  girls use it as a highlighter even I do so :)

4. Powder : You can use loose powder or pressed powder. Usually I use loose powder during makeup and I carry pressed one in my bag for touch ups. There are wide varieties of face powder available in market. Personally I love Rimmel's Stay Matte for pressed powder and for loose one Rimmel's Match Perfection Silky Loose face powder.

5. Eyes : Since this is simple and everyday makeup routine I prefer only eyeliner and apply some coats of mascara on lashes. But if some of you want to apply eye shadow You can do that also. I would prefer neutral color of eye shadow for day and a bit glittery or electric color eye shadow for night.
6. Lips: Last but not least, Lips! For everyday I recommend nude color or peach/pink color for your lips. You can add some gloss over it for more glam. Its optional tho..
Some nude lipsticks for daily use

AND YOU'RE DONE!

Any questions, ask in the comment below!
